Let's Explore Industry 4.0

Industry 4.0 as we all know consists of many parts. One of it is Big Data Analytics. Big Data is the collection and comprehensive evaluation of data from many different sources – production equipment and system as well as enterprise- and customer-management systems; to support real-time decision making. Statistics say that 67% of UK Manufacturers recognize Industry 4.0 as an opportunity in the future. By applying Industry 4.0 concept to your company using Big Data Analytic, people believes that it will not only increase the productivity but also a 30% drop in maintenance costs. How? Basically with predictive maintenance, self-monitor and self-prediction, Big Data Analytic will helps to increase the lifetime of your machine and make the machine almost less to never breakdown.

We believe that the future of industrial world will be in Industry 4.0. In doing so, we start to do early support to Industry 4.0 by integrating our measuring and marking product into industrial robot. If you are curious, we will do a demo where we connect industrial robot with our measuring and marking product. We believe this will not only cut the production cost but also will increase the production time since there will be minimal labor and accurate inspection. The products are gaugesdigital measuringmarking and air micrometer.

The demo will be done during the Machine Tool Indonesia 2018 on 5th-8th December 2018 at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo). It is an honor for us to welcome you at our booth in Hall A1 No. 1203.
