Open Bias Cloth Buff
Open face bias cloth buff is a buff fixed with clinch ring in center infolding in bias-cut cloth. It is softer than bias cloth buffs in contact and can be used for coloring of all kinds of materials especially for coloring both non-ferrous metal and synthetic resin. From the condition of pleats, No.1 buff is with fewer number of pleats and No.2 buff is with more number of pleats.
For coloring, No.2C buff using C-cloth is more popular.

Unit Bias Cloth Buff (Z Type)

Pleated Bias Cluth Buff
The pleated bias cloth buff is a buff fixed with clinch ring in center forming pleats regularly by using bias-cut cloth. As a buff with pleats, you can expect less dull polishing since the peripheral surface of buff contacts evenly with less grinding chips. As a result, it is suitable for intermediate finishing of non-ferrous metal. 4-ply with M-cloth is standard

Loose Cloth Buff
Die-cut round cloth sheets are stitched at the center part. Standard product is with 20-ply (cloth sheets) of M-type cloth or C-type cloth (please see below for characteristics of each cloth type). This structure is the most standard of buffs, and it is used for coloring of various metals and plastics.

Spiral Sewed Cloth Buff
Die-cut round cloth sheets are spirally stitched from the center to the outer edge. Standard product is with 20-ply (sheets) of M type cloth, and stitched at 6mm intervals. This type of buff is very rigid, and used for middle finishing or polishing narrow part. Its hardness can be controlled by changing intervals of stitches to adjust the level of conformity in polishing or desired finishing level. To make the buff harder, we also have 3mm-interval stitches.
