D'Andrea Boring Head Testarossa Kit K01 TRM 50/80 & 80/80 has been devised for machine tools application of milling, boring on various lathes, machining centres and boring machines with regard for excellent quality and remarkable precision levels. D'Andrea's high value boring head TRM 80 handles bores diameters from 6 to 220 mm.

Your smart investment on D'Andrea Boring Head Testarossa Kit K01 TRM 50/80 & 80/80 will allow you to handle bores from Ø 6 to 30 mm,  Ø 30 to 96 mm, and Ø 95 to 220 mm. You can simply fit the toolholder at the centre of the slide and secure it by screws. The complete kit give you every tools set needed in handling and dissasembly of your tooling maintenance at more efficient down time. Furthermore, D'Andrea Boring Head Testarossa Kit K01 TRM 50/80 & 80/80 are able to work with IT6 tolerance. You can produce excellent surface finish by using TRM boring heads and micrometric boring bars. These are very sensitive and radial correction of 1 micron can be effected directly on the machine and easily read on the vernier scale.

Depend on your application, each line up is composed of toolholders which are interchangeable and made of high quality material for lowest vibration and avoiding chatter. Apart from rotating tools, the new PSC line can also be used on turning machines with a wide-ranging and complete programme with high regard to its reasonable value in general machining, civil engineering and many more.
