Characteristics Bias-cut sisal cloth and cotton cloth are layerd. This type of buff has uniform waves unlike our Open Sisal Buff which has irregular pleats (waves), and the regular structure gives a buff an appropriate thickness and hardness. * Thickness : approx. 35 mm * Please use with special flanges (Sell separately)
