Honsberg Sinus III is TCT bandsaw blade with the proven ~4% high chrome alloyed tenacious backing material and a carbide tipped, diamond ground tooth edge with a hardness of approx. 1600 HV. The special Honsberg Sinus III grind creates a tooth design with various chipping sections for production cutting with low vibrations. Hallmarks of this newly developed high tech blade are best finish, highest cutting rates, heat resistancy and a long service life. The area of application is the cutting of all materials up to a hardness of approx. 62 HRc. The hardness of the teeth and the high tensile strength of the backing material lead to significant increase in cutting rates and therefore faster cut times are possible.
