Ojiyas Digital Type Air Micrometer ad-LF Series

Ojiyas Digital Type Air Micrometer ad-LF Series is a digital precision comparator type measuring instrument. It works together with the Ojiyas Air Jets. The measurement is taken based on the law of physics which states that back pressure is directly proportionate to the clearance (product dimension size) and react inversely each other.

The Ojiyas ad-LF series are offered with display resolutions 0.0001 mm to 0.0020 mm and comes in 5 different measurement range 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 μm. The ad-LF is capable of measuring with narrow tolerances of accuracy. The display has 41 units of LED scale (in green, red and orange) which will help the user to read the results quickly. The ad-LF also comes with a 2.4" TFT LCD screen for ease of programming. You can also manually adjust the parameter of measurement simply by its 4 arrow buttons on the front panel. For multi-gauging applicatiosn, you can simply make a daisy-chain connection with the displays and fasten them together through the lower base.  Above all, you will be able to record the results in a spreadsheet through a PC as well.
