Shimpo TNX Series is devised to accurately measure opening/closure torques of caps, lids, and screws of various containers, such as cosmetics, medical products, and beverages, as well as the tightening force of valves. Various type of caps can be measured using Shimpo TNX Series, including the P.P. caps. It adopts versatile USB as its interface which makes data import easy through communication with PCs. Shimpo TNX Series can also store 1000 sets of opening 1st, 2nd, 3rd peak values, and fitting peak value in memory, before you transfer it to a USB memory device. The specialized software called "Digitorq_TNX" was created to edit measurement data easily. Furthermore, it can perform motorized torque tests by combining with the DSP-10 (motorized torque stand).
