Käfer Dial Tyre Depth Gauges PTM are devised by Käfer Precision Dial Gauge to measure the depth of tyre pattern or precision smaller bore which is difficult to measure with regular caliper. This special purpose gauge offer practical method of measurement. The gauge with its round base is placed on the tyre so that the spindle with the contact point at its end enters into the tread of the tyre. By having a Käfer Dial Tyre Depth Gauges PTM, you can have an instant reading of the measurement. The red extent of tolerance from 1.6 to 0 mm indicates that the tread depth of the tyre is too small.
