DEPTH GAUGE

Dedicated to measuring depth of hole/groove, and step of dies, etc.

It is a dedicated instrument for measuring the difference in level and depth of the work piece in handy. The bottom surface of the base is brought into close contact with the measurement origin (zero point). Then the outer frame by rotating to align the zero position (to secure the outer frame by a clamp at that time). The amount that the probe was protruding from its position is read by the hour hand and minute hand.

There are two types of analog and digital. Shape and the base of the size of the probe is also supported by the application. In response to the depth of the measurement section, stroke has each standard model of 10mm / 20mm / 30mm. To attach the connecting legs, you can compare and measure the depth of up to 220 ~ 240 mm by performing a reference point alignment using a block gauge.

• Special order is applicable for contact point and base.
• Low measuring force type is also available, which seldom hurts work
  piece.

Depth Gauge with Extension Rods

When all of 5 extension rods of depth gauge with extension rods are connected, it can measure the dimension of deep concavity part of bottom. (Standard dimension set up with master gauge is necessary).

A dimension :

• Measuring range 10mm Depth Gauge : up to maximum 220mm
• Measuring range 20mm Depth Gauge : up to maximum 230mm
• Measuring range 30mm Depth Gauge : up to maximum 240mm

*Measuring depth of concavity of work of which center is bored. The photo shows 2.03mm.
